Position Overview
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a passion for early education, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
This role includes planning and leading daily classroom activities, maintaining a safe and clean learning environment, and supporting the emotional and developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have completed the 45 hours from DCF
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a preschool or childcare setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a full background check
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine love for working with children
Toddler Teacher (Full-Time) - Experience Required

In this role, you'll help build essential skills, from early language development to social skills, all while creating a fun, caring environment for our youngest learners.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Floater Assistant to support our teachers and provide extra care in classrooms when needed. If you love working with children and want to make a difference in various age groups, this is the role for you! You’ll work alongside our amazing staff to create a safe, fun, and educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Classroom Support: Jump between classrooms to assist teachers with daily activities.
- Child Supervision: Ensure safety and provide care for children during activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work with teachers to help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
